※ 千 葉 火 鍋 各 式 優 惠 活 動 皆 「不 適 用」 於 享 千 葉 火 鍋 ※

※敬老、兒童、幼兒皆須出示身分證件、健保卡文件，敬老卡不適用

•店內所有消費均需加收10%清潔費。

all amounts of consumption in store will be charged additional 10% for service .

•用餐時間為兩小時。  『訂位來賓將以訂位時間開始計時』。 『同組用餐來賓將依第一人進場時間開始計算』。

dine time is 2 hours, wil  be counted by first person of each group, when entering restaurant.

•用餐時間如超時，每人加收499+10%延長用餐加時費用。

if dine time is over 2 hours, each person will be charged $499+10% for extending time.

•餐廳產品僅限內用，不得外帶。如外帶者將以其商品市價十倍計價或依偷竊請警方處理。

all you can eat in restaurant only, nothing can be take out. if any customer takes out, will  be fined ten times of price of the item, or will be charged theft by police officer.

•請珍惜食材，少量多取。如浪費食材，同桌每人加收200元食材費用。

please cherish all ingredients. if customer wastes ingredients, each customer in the same table will be charged $200.

•同組來賓分開結帳，僅收現金。並僅能開設一張總消費金額之發票。

if each group of customers want to split the bill, we receive cash only.  further more, get one total amount recipt only.
